HUGO DEBUTS WITH VICTORY
Por CBTM

Hugo Hoyama won his first match in the Brazilian Open. He defeated Christian Larssen from Denmark, 4 to 2, partials 11-6, 11-4, 10-12, 11-9, 9-11, 11-5. He now has a wall ahead, the Japanese player Kaii Yoshida, first top seed and number 45 on the world ranking. "I watched his game against Tsuboi in the World Championship in Bremen and had already come up with a plan. I tried to play in the middle, to mess up his movement", he said. Larssen even got a yellow card for throwing his rocket on the table at the end of the third set. Now Hoyama only has Yoshida on his mind. "It was good to practice with him before the tournament in Sao Bernardo. In Bremen, when I lost, I could give his service back". Hugo decides a place in the third stage at 17h45m.
